The Story Began in
the 1980s
Our legacy finds its origins in Vijay Raj Constructions - an early participant in the first round of development in the Bandra, Khar and Santacruz landscape of the 90s. This, together with township development experience as Raunak Group and partnership with a local developer in the suburbs, lent to our varied experience and credibility. It was in this urban landscape that the seeds of Elements Realty were sown. A second-generation real estate company founded in 2023 with the purpose of building boutique, luxury housing in Mumbai.

A distinguished Civil Engineer, pioneering Entrepreneur, and a veteran in the Real Estate business, Mr. Vijay P. Mody has been a defining force in shaping Mumbai's skyline since 1980. At the helm of the Thought Leadership of Elements Realty, Mr. Vijay P. Mody orchestrates the overarching vision, values and strategy for Elements Realty with uncompromising commitment to structural integrity, engineering precision, and quality design.
Commenced his journey in Kuwait in real estate and infrastructure development. On his return to Mumbai, he brought together every element of construction i.e., quality architectural tools & materials to create picture-perfect homes. With his keen eye on quality control and know-how of construction technologies, he heads the engineering and construction of the group.
Mr. Sumit V. Mody began his professional journey with KPMG, New York in Risk Management, before transitioning into the family's real estate business, where he now spearheads project acquisitions and drives innovation across the organization through his strategic vision, analytical expertise, and forward-thinking approach.
With 19 years of experience, Mr Shyamal Mody leads Elements Realty with a forward-thinking, outside-the-box approach, driving growth, creating innovative projects, and reshaping Mumbai's skyline with cutting-edge design and technology. With a keen interest in branding, marketing and sales, he soon developed a very strong know how in planning, building design and architecture, structural engineering and elevation design.
