Elements Realty considers the privacy and protection of its clients’ data to be of the utmost importance, and Elements Realty endeavors to protect the security and integrity of all such information. By visiting the Elements Realty site (website) or its any other sites / mobile applications, if any, to which this privacy policy applies or otherwise providing Elements Realty with information, Applicant/s is/are accepting the provisional booking and consenting to the practices described in this policy.

Elements Realty may collect and process the following information about the Applicant/s:

(i) information provided by the Applicant/s by filling in forms on Elements Realty website (website); and information given in hard copy form or by any other means providing: Applicant/s name; date of birth; address; interests; marketing preferences; Applicant/s credit information; and any other personal information relevant to the services Elements Realty provides. This information may be provided when Applicant/s is/are registering interest, transacting with Elements Realty, or requesting information;

(ii) details of transactions carried out by the Applicant/s through the Elements Realty website, and any communications by telephone, in person, or by any other means relating to those transactions.

(iii) details of the Applicant’s visit/s to Elements Realty website including, but not limited to, traffic data, blogs, or other communication data and the resources the Applicant/s access.

The information provided by the Applicant/s to Elements Realty will be used for processing transactions but may also be used for internal data processing, such as compiling statistical information about Applicant’s interests and the use of the Elements Realty website.

Elements Realty will collect, record, store and use Applicant’s personal data for specified purposes including but not limited to (i) providing Applicant/s with information, products or services that Applicant/s request/s from Elements Realty or which Elements Realty believe would interest the Applicant/s ; (ii) carrying out Elements Realty’s obligations arising from any contracts entered into between the Applicant/s and Elements Realty; (iii) advising Applicant/s of forthcoming sales, events, and services.

Elements Realty may contact the Applicant/s for the above purposes by telephone call, email, text, or SMS messaging, and other means. Elements Realty will not share Applicant/s personal data with anyone outside Elements Realty other than in accordance with the law and as stated in this Policy.

Elements Realty may from time to time however need to disclose Applicant/s personal data to certain third parties viz. Elements Realty agents or contractors to enable Elements Realty to process transactions or communicate with the Applicant/s. Where Elements Realty does so, it will be on the basis that these agents/contractors are required to keep the information confidential and secure, and will not use the information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Elements Realty. Elements Realty may also need to disclose certain personal information about the Applicant/s to credit agencies to conduct appropriate checks when the Applicant/s are transacting with Elements Realty.

While Elements Realty will not voluntarily disclose Applicant/s personal data, Elements Realty may disclose such information if Elements Realty is required to do so by a valid Court Order, if Elements Realty is lawfully requested by government or law enforcement authorities, if Elements Realty is required to do so pursuant to other legal processes, or if it becomes necessary to protect Elements Realty rights or property.

Elements Realty reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy and any of Elements Realty privacy practices at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately and without any notice. Elements Realty encourages the Applicant/s to visit the site frequently to stay informed about the changes in Elements Realty privacy policy.
